A Career Built on Relationships
Before I was a licensed Realtor, I spent years working inside the world my clients come from. As a membership director and leader at private clubs, I worked alongside CEOs, physicians, business owners, and their families. I planned events where executives from BMW, Boeing, and Fortune 500 companies were in the room. I learned what matters to people who value discretion, quality, and genuine connection.
I've also been a business owner: a furniture company, a rental car dealership, an estate sale business, and a floral design studio. I've taught. I've served in senior living leadership. Every chapter taught me something I now bring to my clients: how to listen, how to anticipate needs, and how to deliver an experience that feels personal, not transactional.
Why That Matters When You're Buying on Lake Keowee
Lake Keowee isn't a simple purchase. It's a lifestyle decision, one that involves understanding waterfront regulations, dock permits, community memberships, builder reputations, and the subtle differences between a $2 million home on the south shore and a $2 million home on the north shore.
You need someone who has lived these details for decades. Someone who can introduce you to the right builder, the right interior designer, and the right financial advisor. Someone who understands that when a CEO calls on a Saturday morning with questions about The Cliffs versus Old Edwards Reserve, the answer needs to be specific, honest, and informed, not a sales pitch.
That's why I do this work.
