Stephanie Page wants everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to read and use this site. The site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as its target.
What has been done
- Text and interface colors meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Every image carries descriptive alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- All pages can be navigated by keyboard, with visible focus outlines, and video and photo viewers respond to Enter, Space, Escape, and the arrow keys.
- Headings follow a logical order, links describe their destination, and form fields are labeled.
- Animations respect the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system.
- Pages work on phones and tablets without horizontal scrolling, and tap targets meet the recommended minimum size.
Known limitations
Embedded YouTube videos depend on YouTube's player for captions and controls. If a listing video lacks captions you need, contact Stephanie for a written description of the property.
